Cheapy is DT Group’s discount chain operating in Sweden.

The first store opened in Kristianstad on October 17, 2002. Today, Cheapy operates 20 small DIY stores in Sweden with focus on selling and distributing quality building materials to consumers at the market’s lowest price. The central administration is based in Ängelholm in southern Sweden.

With rather small stores and a well-assorted selection of building materials, Cheapy always offer DIY customers the best prices. The assortment is carefully chosen and regulated according to the current season, so the customer can shop at Cheapy all year long.

The chain’s prices are very competitive, and the concept is tailored to consumers who want extremely low prices rather than a wide product range and elaborate service.
